取消订单或拒绝订单
如果您希望在订单发货后取消订单，请不要拒绝邮寄。如果订单被拒绝，客户应承担丢失物品的全部价值，并且所有退货运费、经纪费和退货产生的关税将从退回物品的退款中扣除。拒绝发货还将收取额外的 10% 补货费。
如果订单尚未发货，并且您没有收到我们的发货确认电子邮件，请立即联系我们，提供您的订单号和取消请求的详细信息。我们的客户支持团队将在一个工作日内停止发货并全额退还您的付款。

Conditions of return
